APPLICATIONS / MATERIAL CONDITIONS

Start with the material.
Then build the circuit.

Quarry aggregates, metal ore preparation and sorted construction waste require different feed checks and equipment roles.

Three application starting points.

01 / QUARRIES & AGGREGATES

Hard-rock primary reduction

The jaw crusher reduces large rock for downstream processing. A cone crusher can follow for secondary or tertiary reduction where the material, chamber and circuit are suitable. Screening is needed when the project calls for several finished sizes.

Confirm hardness, abrasiveness, moisture, clay, maximum lump size and downstream feed limits. Sticky feed requires a feeding and prescreening review.

02 / METAL ORE PREPARATION

Match the finer stage to the feed

Jaw crushing can prepare run-of-mine ore. The cone crusher handles subsequent reduction of medium-hard and hard ore, including feed preparation before further processing. A specified closed circuit can return oversize from screening.

Check precrushed feed distribution, abrasiveness, chamber selection, target product and circulating load. Model capacity is not a guarantee for the complete process.

03 / CONSTRUCTION WASTE RECYCLING

Sort first. Then choose the crusher.

The impact crusher is described for medium-hard materials such as limestone and sorted construction waste. Mobile plant data also covers on-site recycling and small quarries, with the main machine selected for the duty.

Remove metal, timber and other contaminants. Compare wear costs for hard or abrasive feed. Finished grading requires screening; end-use suitability is not established by appearance alone.

Conditions set the boundary.

Bring the circuit information.

For an existing plant, include the current equipment list, feed limits, screen arrangement and bottleneck locations. An application label alone does not establish a complete plant design.

  • Material, composition, moisture and maximum feed
  • Target throughput and finished product requirements
  • Existing upstream and downstream equipment
  • Power, site layout and maintenance access
  • Project location and new-build or retrofit scope

Start with your material.

Share the material, maximum feed size, required capacity, finished sizes and project location. Include downstream equipment and power supply where available.
