Jaw Crusher equipment image

RP-JC-1200

Jaw Crusher

Primary crushing for hard rock and ore.

Listed capacity
150–350 t/h
Maximum feed
750 mm
Power
132–160 kW

Feed properties, feeding continuity and discharge setting affect output. Confirm motor selection in the final technical proposal.

Cone Crusher equipment image

RP-CC-300

Cone Crusher

Secondary and tertiary crushing for medium-hard and hard rock.

Listed capacity
90–260 t/h
Maximum feed
215 mm
Power
110 kW

Precrush the feed. Review moisture, chamber configuration, gradation, feeding and circulating load; screening determines finished grading.

Impact Crusher equipment image

RP-IC-1315

Impact Crusher

Secondary crushing for medium-hard materials and sorted construction waste.

Listed capacity
120–250 t/h
Maximum feed
350 mm
Power
180–220 kW

Remove metal, timber and contaminants. Feed abrasiveness, wear, settings and circulating load affect performance; compare hard-rock wear costs.

Features only matter in the right conditions.

01

Compression at the primary stage

The jaw crusher combines a welded frame, deep chamber and hydraulic discharge adjustment. Check foundation loads and feed continuity.

02

Secondary and tertiary reduction

The cone crusher uses a laminated chamber with hydraulic clearing and adjustable eccentricity. Review feed gradation, abrasiveness and circulating load.

03

Impact and wear management

The impact crusher has three-stage impact plates, high-chromium blow bars and hydraulic opening. Sort recycled feed; compare wear costs for abrasive rock.

Configuration & qualification review.
